I am curious to find out the pros and cons re: tubal ligation vs. vasectomy. My husband and I do not wish to have any more children (have 3 and am pregnant with my 4th, I am 31 years old). Birth control pill and depro-vera had terrible affects on me and we wish to have something more permanent. My husband thinks that me having the tubal is less complicated and easier than him having a vasectomy. I know what is involved with having the surgery but my husband seems to think that a vasectomy changes a man and that it is not reversable should something happen. Is it possible that he is right? I would greatly appreciate some feedback on this subject so that I may show him and explain his fears. Also, maybe some insight into what a vasectomy entails would be helpful.
