Re: Efficiency of Tubal Ligation

Kat,

Last month I posted about being pregnant after a tubal ligation. I had my tubes tied last year and last month found out that I was pregnant. The pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage. My OB/GYN told me that the scar tissue branch off and allow the possibility of a pregnancy.

The 2 -3 per 1000 failures didn't mean anything to me when I had the procedure done, but it meant I lot when I was one of those women.

Anything is possible.
