After my second child was born I realized that my vagina got very big to the point that life became very embarrising. I completely lost elasticity of my vagina to the point that my husband is not able to finish inside me I tried the kegel exercise for so long but without result. Please let me know if there is any surgical procedure to tightening my vaginal muscles; This is very important to me since my auto-image is very damaged. I was never able to ask for help before to any doctor because I just very embarrased for this issue. became
