Spotting every 2 weeks

I have posted before...but received no response. I am 7 mths post partum after my 3rd to term pregnancy. I had an IUD inserted at 6 week check and had it removed after 15 weeks due to vaginal spotting almost every day during that 15 week time frame. My family doc gave me 5 mg of Provera to bring on a period...which did come on...and I felt like I had just given birth. My perinieum was swollen and sore, my tailbone and anus hurt, it hurt to sit down, to wipe and I felt like something was going to fall out of my vagina. Blood flow was very very heavy w/tons and tons of clots, no cramping though. It has been 59 days since the 1st day of my last period and it seems like since then I have had some degree of spotting, or blood in discharge almost every week or every 2 wks since this "induced" period. I also have PCOS, my weight has gone up almost 20 lbs since giving birth. I am seeing a GYN on Monday to find out why I am spotting like this. I am also still leaking a milky/clear discharge from my nipples (stopped nursing 2 weeks Post Partum), my breasts are ALWAYS sore and I always have some degree of cramping or a pulling/tickleing sensation in my mid lower pelvic region.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me??

BTW - I have NO infection..my doc has checked me for everything under the sun.
