I am not- am a childbirth educator - so I am in know way about to give medical advice and would agree with Dr Hill that she see a Dr aasap. My question is, why would you be concerned of blood clots - is she a smoker? That increases the risk of blood clots in women on the pill. Usually a clot would not produce those symptoms. Please have her see a physician without delay!
