how rare is adenocarcinoma in situ?

I was told by a professional that the likelihood of my pap test being incorrect or overead is unlikely as this type of glandular carcinoma is rare. Has this been your finding also? Or do you have many false positive reports of adenocarcinnoma on paps as well?

What happens if the cone is clear? They could not answer this for me.

Thank you
