With my second, I could not even walk [litteraly] 5 feet without having magor pain. I put myself on bed rest because my doctor said there was nothing wrong and she couldn't really help. You have been pregnant before but is this the first time that your body has carried this far? If not, that is probably part of the reason that you have pain---your body isnot used to all the stretching and everything. With my third pregnancy, again litteraly, I felt like I was an old woman[no offense!]. Every joint in my body hurt. As I am not a doctor I can not say for sure, but in my experience, doctors do not want to induce labor unless something is really wrong. It is the best thing for that baby to stay inside until it ready to come out. I know the pain you have,I have been there. But let me also thell you this, all the pain goes away when the baby comes out.
