Nicole-

This sounds like a fine level, but, to be honest, you simply can't take 1 level alone and make anything out of it. It takes 2 tests drawn a few days apart to compare. It should go up *approximately* 66% in 48 hours (the concept that it should double in 48 hours is untrue).

Thus, although your level is probably just fine, there's no way to read anything into it without comparing the next level.
