Hi Denise, I'm sorry about your loss. It seems to me that the HCG is still in your system, and that is why you're getting a positive hpt. Depending on the type of hpt you bought, it can detect as little as 20 HCG. I had a Partial Molar pg and lost my Little girl Angel Marie at 19 weeks pg. My HCG levels had to be tested weekly for 3 months and then every 2 weeks after that. It took 2 months before my Hcg went back to 0 (less than 5 hcg). Good luck to you!! Tina
