soy and hormone levels

I have had a supracervical hysterectomy and have one ovary. My hormones have tested normal, but on the low side. Since I have been having some hotflashes at times, I have added some soy and natural products to my diet. Will these affect my hormone tests in the future if I am eating them at the time? The other question I have is -can these products cause an increase in cramping? Thank you for all your help. I have had alot of surgery in the past 2 years. You people have helped me with my decisions through all of this.
