Flinstone's vitamins while pg...enough folic acid?

Ever since I had my son, I haven't been able to swallow large pills. I found out I was/am pg for the second time and figured taking prenatals would be a problem. I tried taking them and wasn't able to, so the doctor's office told me to take Flinstone's chewables. I bought some after finding the highest level of folic acid to be 400 mcg. I was worried this wouldn't be enough. The doctor's office said to take one a day...pharmacist said take two a day. Which one is right? I want to make sure I'm giving my baby all the vitamins it needs w/out overloading!

Thanks, Lou
