That's remarkable. My wife asked me to post the same question. At 4 weeks, she had 47,367 hcg. Is that a cause for concern? Is it in the normal range? We met with the nurse-practitioner in our new ob-gyn's office today who thought it could be twins and showed no concern at all. This is not an answer to the above question, but a restatement of it. Thanks.
