I started spotting Thursday night and then bleeding more heavily on Friday. Aside from the emotional stress my body is OK. My period was just heavier than usual and I did experience more cramping than usual. I called my OBGYN (I had an appointment with her today anyway) and told her what was happening. She said that basically there was nothing she coud do anyway. (by the way, she was very comforting yet professional at the same time). I went to see her today and she reassured me that there was nothing I did (or did not)do to cause this to happen. She also told me we could resume our efforts this month. I hope this helps you.
