A few cramps were severe enough to wake me up at night. I also noticed once light brown spotting at the time my period was due. Doctor told me not to worry, that was due to implantation/uterine adaptation. BTW, my cramping stopped at about 5-6 weeks to be replaced by all day "morning" sickness, whcih is really worse :-( Good luck Corinne
