It's hard to say what the bumps might be without looking at them. If you're not sure about your doctor's opinion, I would suggest getting a second opinion. Try finding a dermatologist (skin doctor) to take a look.

I think warts can show up just about anywhere. They may be removed with a knife, cold, acid, or laser.
