Two days early or late is not significant, and should not cause concern unless you're having bleeding during your regular birth control pills, before you get to your period pills or placebo pills. The pill often causes periods to be quite light, and women may see variation in the amount of flow and start date from one period to the next, even on the pill. And yes, your pill is still effective with the vaccines. If you've had any missed pills or other reasons to think you're pregnant, please get a pregnancy test; however, the history you present sounds pretty normal.
