Diana,

Cramping can be very common in early pregnancy. Your uterus is going through a major change. I am not a Dr. so I am not suggesting that you take any medication without first checking with your health care provider, but wanted to share with you what has been effective for me. My Dr. allows me to take 2 Tylenols every 4-6 hrs (not extra strength) with plenty of fluids. I always try to up my fluids first before the Tylenol remedy. Cramping with spotting is a good sign but I know its not very reassuring. Worrying comes with pregnancy. Best wishes on your pregnancy.
