I use Loestrin Fe 1/20; I take it every day, but not always at the same time -- I try to take it before I go to bed, but that time often varies by a couple of hours. Also, I missed a day twice (during the first and then the second week) and ended up taking two pills the next day. I am experiencing a "full", sort of achy feeling in my lower abdomen. I did walk down 7 flights of stairs resulting in sore knees; but I am concerned about pregnancy. Can I take a home pregnancy test while on the pill? and do I have to wait until after my period is missed (about a 10 day wait to see)?
