Severe Pain with Adhesions

I am 37 with a history of diffuse abdominal adhesions for over 18 years. I have had 8 laparoscopies with lysis of adhesions, bilateral removal of tubes and ovaries and a vaginal hysterectomy. All of this is the result of a toxic pregnancy in 1980. My last surgery was in 1992 with lysis of adhesions in every quadrant of the abdomen, a 10 day hospital stay and over $15,000 in IV antibiotics. I decided after that hospitalization, that I would not seek treatment again unless it was a life or death situation. I read earlier in this forum that "Adhesions begat Adhesions" and that is very true. I know that the more surgery I have, the more problem I will have. At this point in my life, I am pretty much miserable. Any movement is capable of tearing adhesions causing extreme pain. My left kidney is adhered to bowel, spine, (something) and is somewhat displaced and causes a great deal of pain, especially at night when I try to sleep. I have been told that I have "Microabcess Pyoderma" a abnormal scar tissue that harbors infections so that when I tear adhesions, I then get very sick and am on antibiotics again. What I really want to know is if anyone has any suggestions, ideas, anything! Has anyone ever heard of "Microabcess Pyoderma"? I can't find information on it and I would like to learn what I can.

Thanks for any help you can offer!
