Then I started bleeding heavily during my period. Let me define heavy..going through 4 pads an hour for 2-3 days..passing large clots..severe cramping..fever/chills. All of this started off lasting 9-14 days..then the next month...16+ days..until last month when I had a 30 day period..not a light one..a full period..medium-heavy flow the entire time..then when it stopped..it was back in 4 days..full steam again..I just finished this one yesterday..it lasted 22 days. I can't get in to see a doctor for 6 weeks..and don't think I need an ER. I know this isn't normal, but would like an idea of what I'm dealing with. 3 years ago I had a salpingo oopherectomy to remove a tortioned tube that had involved the ovary as well.
