I'm not sure if that is a "global" warning or not- I do have a history of problems. If you do a search of the archives, there have been many alternative remedies discussed, including vitamin B6, sea band, and ginger. I had a couple california rolls with pickled ginger on top a few nights ago and felt GREAT that night and the next day. I may start eating them every night if my nausia doesn't end soon :-). Small, frequent meals may also help. Many doctors have said that the trick is not to be full or hungry. Also, depending on what type of nausia it is, tums may help- as well as give calcium! Good luck! And if you find a new remedy, let us know! Steph
