Since you missed taking the hormones for those two days, your body probably thought it was time to start your period again. (or so my doc said to me.) My pills had 7 days of placebo pills, and my body thought I was taking those for af. Hope this helped some. I would call my doc and ask if I should start a new pack or just start back up with the old pack. Good luck!
