McIntosh, MD: "Re: HCG-levels in early pregnancy" I have searched the archives on this, but can't really find the answer to my question: A rise in HGC from 141 (day 29 of cycle) to 510 (today, day 32 of cycle) is that enough? I thought it had at least to increase 66% per 48 hours, so this result would be OK. My doctor however is very cautious, not worried, but she would have liked to have seen it rise over 700. Next Tuesday I will have another test. I am really scared about this pregnancy. We want it so much, but so much has gone wrong in the past (one mc, two ectopics and four failed IVF-attempts) and I am already 43.
