Is this PCO?

Is having a high testosterone level (2X norm) a diagnosis of PCO? My RE prescribed Clomid, spironolactone, or Marvelon (I choose the BCP).

My symptoms: acne, moustache, lower belly hair, facial hair, loss of head hair (really greasy), periods no show/3 weeks late, elevated prolactin (about 130-170).

Are prolactin levels are tied in to the testosterone levels? (I have had neg. CT scan for prolactinoma). Ultrasound has been scheduled.

Thanks :)
