If you develop pelvic floor muscle damage (weakness) this could possible led to organ prolapse. Which would lead to a hysterectomy. Bladder and rectal prolapse is not uncommon, and it doesn't just happen to old women. Look at the women in porno movies. Some of the women participating in anal sex have weakened muscles around the anus, causing the anus to gap open. This can lead to fecal incontinence. This subject is not talked about openly. Yes, you can cause damage.
