pregnancy after miscarriage question

Hi! This time this isn't a "what if"- I'm finally pregnant again ! (lost 1st pg at 7 weeks, blighted ovum). But now I have even more questions... I found out on Friday and called my dr. The nurse said to come in that day for my first blood test. She and I talked for a while about what I could and could not do. Basically, I cannot do much of anything. She said a nice leisurely walk after dinner was about it. I'm totally fine with that because the most important thing is the baby being ok this time. Although from what I read after the m/c, exercise and activity wouldn't affect the outcome- but still, better safe than sorry. I am worried about getting out of shape before the delivery and/ or putting on too much weight since I am about 10-15 pounds over my ideal weight- but I am healthy and before this weekend worked out regularly. TO MY QUESION (sorry so long)... is there any safe activity I can do to keep my body in shape to help prevent problems later on in the pregnancy? Is it likely that my doctor loosen up on the activity restriction after 3 months if everything is going ok? He is on vacation for another week and am just trying to find out what I can before I lose my endourance- it happens fast with me. Any advice or warning would be REALLY appreciated! I am scared to death and the more information I have the better I'll feel. Thanks, and I hope you all had a great weekend!
