This is so true, Dr. Hill. Every doctor is different and has his/her own personality. My own gyn is a very nice man. I can talk to him, but there is still a distance. There is, however, one other doctor that I can talk with and have a real conversation about **anything & everything**. He is my daughter's pediatrician!

I wish that there would be more doctors like him, your friend. We changed doctors within the same office because he was such a wonderful man. He was the first MD to get through to my daughter and her fear of doctors. She showed trust in him from the first meeting. After scheduling a few more visits with him shortly thereafter, she was no longer nervous and enjoyed it. Her reaction to him is wonderful, as is mine. I can't believe how even I open up to him. We have family problems and I can't believe how much he really cares!

The only way I can describe this doctor is that he is a real sweetheart. He is just the doctor that you described above, Dr. Hill.
