This started yesterday and seems to be getting worse. It hurts the worst when I start urinating (almost tear-provoking), but seems to get better if I shift position a little. But it also hurts when I wipe with the tissue, although not as bad, which makes me think the burning is due to irritated or broken skin. If the problem is irritated genital tissues, how can I help them heal (quickly!)? Is it safe to use something like Vagisil, even if the skin is broken?
