Preeclampsia's return? For most of this pregnancy, my BP has been approx 120 over 65. At my last appt (31 wks), it was 125 over 72. Today (33 wks), it was 140 over 84. The nurse seemed concerned about my BP & inquired about my pregnancy history. The doctor never mentioned it. There's no protein in my urine, but I spilled protein on and off during my 1st pregnancy, never on a consistent basis. I've read that preeclampsia includes BP of 140 over 90. Does this mean I'll be having it again?
