The labour was by caesarean section. The anesthesia was subaracnoidea by 1.5ml iperbaric bupivacaina 1%, christalloid and colloid infusion. There wasn't problems until 4 hours after surgical section, when suddenly the patient developed seizures,a strange nucal edema and mantle erythema.
