Hi Nina, I'm not a doctor, but I too was spotting very infrequently, however while on Triphasil. I was using this pill for about two years and then my doctor decided to switch me over to a monophasic pill, OrthoCyclen. I'm not sure why you are spotting (only a medical doctor can determine this), but I would definitely talk to your doctor about switching brands. This often helps. Take care!
