LEEP and pregnancy

I had the LEEP procedure about 5 years ago due to pre-cancerous cells in my cervix. About 1/3 of the opening of my cervix was cut away. I have had perfect paps ever since and my doctor even said that there is a possibility that HPV can go away. In fact, I am 8 weeks pregnant and all my prenatal blood tests came back normal. I am not sure however, if they specifically tested for HPV. My question is, are there usually problems carrying to full-term after LEEP? Does it mean my chances of having a c-section increase?
