nipple retraction

I have been searching for literature on nipple retraction. Specifically, how concerned should I be about someone who has one nipple that retracts for a few minutes but usually only after wearing a bra. I realize that intraductal papilloma vs carcinoma can be characterized by nipple discharge and nipple retraction and that any kind of skin dimpling over a period of time can be indicative of cancer, but there is no discharge, no mass palpated, and mammogram was considered negative. How concerning should this be or can something like this be attributed solely to fibrocystic disease.
