Re: Vomiting blood while pregnantFrom: Marcia (anonymous@obgyn.net)Thu, 30 Jul 1998 08:43:17 -0500 (CDT)
I'm glad that you are getting it checked, but there's no reason to panic just yet. I'm not a doctor, but I started throwing up blood after I had a c-section in March. You never saw L&D nurses move so fast! In my case, it was determined to be a slight rupture in the esophaghus. If you've had a stuffy nose at all lately, it could be that (as someone suggested) it has been bleeding a little bit and that you have swallowed the blood, so that's what is coming up. Good luck and be sure to get back with us so that we know what's going on!At Wed, 29 Jul 1998, Vivian wrote: > >I was just getting ready for bed when I had to throw up--I threw up >quite a bit of blood (or it seemed to me!)
