You can obtain information and answers to these questions by reading patient education pamphlets on Lupron. These are available free. Your doctor can get one for you.

It would help to answer your question if you would specify the condition for which the Lupron is being given; the recommended dose, frequency and duration; and what you mean by "success rate" [pregnancy, pain relief, lesion shrinkage, tumor shrinkage, reduction in hirsuitism, etc.].

The side effects are those of menopause. The list includes common side effects, such as: headache, hot flushes, vaginal dryness, sleep disturbance. Those who gets side effects may only get one or two.

Read up on Lupron, then ask your questions.
