It would help to answer your question if you would specify the condition for which the Lupron is being given; the recommended dose, frequency and duration; and what you mean by "success rate" [pregnancy, pain relief, lesion shrinkage, tumor shrinkage, reduction in hirsuitism, etc.]. The side effects are those of menopause. The list includes common side effects, such as: headache, hot flushes, vaginal dryness, sleep disturbance. Those who gets side effects may only get one or two. Read up on Lupron, then ask your questions.
