Eve, I think it highly unlikely that a doctor would be prepared to consult with you over the internet and am sure that this is not in your best interests. If you are prepared to pay for treatment accross the globe, I am sure that there are suitably qualified doctors in Russia who would be happy to consult with you. Failing that, I would recommend that you travel to see someone. Please remember that you have no guarantee of someones professional qualifications and experience over the internet. This puts you in danger of receiving qwak advice. I would be extremely suspicious of anyone who offers you this service.
