Physiologicaly the best age to be pregnant is 18. But in nineties, many women are pregnant past 35. I had a patient who had delivered her first baby at 47 (naturally, no anesthesic, 9lbs 10).

The most importants are to keep a good shape and to be, you and your husband, free of stress and both of you ready for the pregnancy.
