affect of preterm labor on subsequent pregnancy.

Dear Dr.....or anyone with information!!!!! I recently posted about losing my twin boys at 22 weeks due to preterm labor. Infections, abnormalities and incompetent cervix were all ruled out. The only possible diagnosis was preterm labor. From everything I've read, 22 weeks seems very early for preterm labor. We're trying again now but I'm terrified that I'll not be able to carry a baby full-term because I lost the boys so early. Does anyone have a success story or two? Does PTL seem like a realistic diagnosis for a loss at 22 weeks? Do I dare dream of carrying a full-term baby? Any suggestions!!!!!Thanks for letting me vent my fears.
