I'm al the birth control pill Alesse, and from both an increased appetite action and what I suspect might be the pill itself, I have gained about 15 pounds, not to mention massive water retention. At the start of summer, I started an arobeic shape-up regimen, and have definitely been eating less, but the scale won't budge. Where this is such a low dose pill, I can't go lower! Any ideas what to do, I feel so chubby, and at my 5'3" frame, extra weight doesn't sit well!!
