I did request them. However, I am new to this whole computer thing-- have only had one for about six months and I'm limited in what I know how to do. Is there someone who can PRIVATELY walk me through the steps? I have now downloaded three into my computer. When I go to the things that have been downloaded and press the proper thing (digest 2, for instance) the exact same thing that has been e-mailed to me shows up. Nothing more. I do not understand what opening it with a word processor means, etc. Obviously, however, there is no point for me to continue to receive this e-mail if I can not open the topics of interest to me and read them in full.
