I did not see your first request, but I suspect the reason why nobody has attempted to answer this very valid question is that it's impossible to say without having either done the laparoscopy, or at least viewed the pictures/video. Regardless, endometriosis is such a bizarre disease that infertility does not always correlate with the extent of disease. If your tubes are functioning (ie if they spilled dye during the procedure) then you have a good chance of conceiving and intrauterine pregnancy. If they were blocked, then the chance of spontaneous conception drops dramatically. So, please make an appointment to sit down with the doctor who did the laparoscopy, to ask him or her about your fertility chances, and the status of your tubes. Please know that a lot of women with bad endometriosis have babies!
