Re: Coping with pregnancy after miscarriageFrom: Marcia (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 30 Jun 1998 08:53:17 -0500 (CDT)
I'd also like to suggest the Thursday chat on miscarriage. My two miscarriages were in 1996. I was somehow able to get through them and go on to get pregnant and have the baby earlier this year in March. But I never spoke to a counselor and still (even at this late date) had a lot of unresolved feelings. I've only been to the miscarriage chat once, but I met so many people who had been through the same thing and I didn't feel that they were placating me as I'd gotten from people in real life. No one thought I was strange for saying what I did and I met a few kindred spirits. Please join them this week if you are up to it!
