Just my 2 cents worth on sunsurns....but it works for me!

To Take away that hot burning feeling

Fill the tub with warm to hottish water. Not too hot but remember you already feel hot so if it's to cood at first you wond't want to get in. Next, after you are in the water open the drain and turn on the cold water tap. Swish the water around and lay in it till your body has had a chance to cool to the water temp.

Now I don't mean to have you make the water freezing, but the slow cooling down of the water works on your body temp..

Stay there as long as you want just don't turn into a prune!

Repeat as often as necessary. Great before going to bed. This has worked the few times I was silly enough to stay out in the sun too long.

Mom used to mix vinigar and water wet a cloth and pat it on the sunburned areas.... takes out the burn. Try a small spot first and see how it works for you
