a strange question

I have a friend who has an unusual problem, which is puzzling her
primary care doctor. She started on HRT about a year ago, and is also
on Prozac, but recently, she's had problems sweating---she's only
sweating on one side of her body---she never sweats on the other side,
regardless of exertion, stress etc.
Her primary care doc didn't have any answers. Anyone ever heard of
anything like this before?
