If the medical person who examined you only did a pelvic exam, then they cannot definitively say you have cancer or are infertile. You need to see someone who will run the tests needed to diagnose your problem. Unless your problem is visible to the naked eye, it is tough to diagnose without further testing. There are many things that could cause the bleeding. Check and see if that same clinic will let you pay in installments or check into a planned parenthood or university clinic nearby. Apply for medicaid benefits at your state family services office and you can get tests done that medicaid will pay for. Good luck.
