Re: progesterone after hysterectomyFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netThu, 25 Jun 1998 09:30:42 -0500
Lila, Have you read What Your Doctor May or Maynot Tell You About Menopause, by Dr. John Lee? It is an excellent book if you are interested in Natural Progesterone. I have further information on Natural Progesterone and its benefits as well as a free newsletter that is published every other week called Hotflash News. It is currently going out to 2000+ ladies via the internet. We talk about diet and nutrition, stress management, power of positive thinking, vitamins & herbs, menopause, peri-menopause & PMS. Email me if interested! I have been using Natural Progesterone and supplementation of Vit B-6 and Magnesium for the past 2 years. I opted not to go on traditional HRT due to a strong history of cancer in my family. Do not get me wrong, I am not downing traditional HRT, I think we as women should know the choices we have. Not all of mainstream american Doctors will touch the subject, I was one of the lucky ones, my OBGYN was open to finding about it for his patients who wanted to try a more natural way.
