answer question in the order received

I posted a question monday june 22 and have yet to receive an answer,
but i noticed some of todays questions are answered How are question
answered. in the date they are received? I feel my question is just as
important as any one else and have been waiting for advice, and was
disappointed to see my question not answered, but someone else question
posted after mine, was answered.
