Dear Jean; I am writing in reply to your posting about preterm labor. I was hoping you have helpful information you can share. I lost twin boys(at 22 weeks preg.) due to preterm labor and delivery. They tossed around incompetent cervix for a short time but I had labor for 2 whole days before I reached 6-7cm dilated and my water didn't break until JUST before delivery. We're trying toget pregnant again but I'm terrified this will happen again. I'm hoping that I can carry one baby at a time(maybe not twins but hopefully a singleton). Do you know if I have a good chance of carrying a singleton or if I'm destined to keep losing my babies before viability? Any information you have would be appreciated. Thanks, Kim.(dkedward@mnsi.net)
