Contact the largest county hospital in the largest city nearby, and go
to their emergency room, or their gyn clinic. County facilities are
there to care for patients such as yourself. You sound like you are
quite likely anemic; an iron supplement would certainly be helpful as
you proceed ASAP with being seen by an GYN MD.
