I am on the low-dose combined pill, have been for 6 months. Today (day 27of a 28-day cycle), I noticed a LOT of discharge coming out of me when I went to the bathroom. this happened only once--thick, clear, and almost identical to my pre-pill ovulation EW mucus, but perhaps thicker, and strechable. Could this be where my period is about to start--mucus in the cervix coming out in prep. for menstration? I doubt it is ovulation, especially this late in the cycle and where i have not missed any pills.
